The clients of the Point Piper Apartment wished to alter their original three bedroom apartment to decrease the amount of sleeping areas and accommodate larger communal spaces. The living areas were expanded to open up to harbour views and increase daylight light emitance. An operable partition door allows the living area to split into a two smaller spaces, one being a guest bedroom for relatives and visitors to stay.
The alterations included a new kitchen, powder room and a separate bedroom/dressing/ensuite wing. The finishes palette was kept simple with white walls, white gloss polyurethane and walnut veneer for joinery.
