Project Description

A boutique development of 7 townhouses in Double Bay. Each townhouse has accommodation spread over three levels and underground garaging. The townhouses consist of an open plan living, dining, kitchen area opening out to the rear courtyard garden. A formal living is located at the front and four bedrooms and a study are located on the upper two floors. Each townhouse has a north south orientation, windows placed for cross ventilation and a central stair with skylight drawing light into the centre. Material finishes included render, copper and off form concrete, aluminium windows and external blinds.
