A new boutique apartment development overlooking Rushcutters Bay consisting of two apartments and a two-storey Penthouse with its own private roof terrace and pool. External louvres and shutters are used for sun control, while large aluminum sliding glazed doors access the external spaces. The exterior has a simple palette of dark coloured render with exposed concrete beams and banding, and dark anodised aluminum windows, shutters and louvres.
Access to the apartments is via the garage which has been described by residents as the most glamorous garage they have seen.
The interior was a collaboration with Thomas Hamel & Associates with finishes consisting of stained oak parquetry, veneered and polyurethane joinery, limestone and travertine floors.
