A new house overlooking Mosman bay. The house was designed in two pavilions centred around a protected courtyard. The house is entered from the street level on the first floor with a wide stair down to the main living areas.
The house has an off-form concrete frame which was left exposed. Long concrete blockwork was used for the external walls with the interior more refined using plaster walls, American oak joinery, aluminium windows and louvres and grey limestone floors. A striking saw tooth zinc roof brings light into the centre of the house.
The house consists of a combined living, dining and kitchen area, home theatre and service areas on the ground floor. Three bedrooms, study, garaging and entry are contained on the first. A pool, spa, cabana and bbq terrace is located to the rear of the property.
